These terms govern use of ballkingdom.com and The Ballers Kingdom’s booking, training, consulting, educational, inspection-related, and invoicing services.
Use of services
You agree to provide accurate information, use the services lawfully, and not interfere with the website, provider connections, or other users. Service scope, schedule, pricing, payment timing, and cancellation terms may be confirmed separately for each engagement.
Bookings and invoices
An appointment request is not final until accepted by The Ballers Kingdom. Appointment confirmations may be sent automatically after acceptance. Invoices are reviewed and approved by The Ballers Kingdom before delivery. Case-by-case services may require a written scope and price before work begins.
Digital Products: invoices, delivery, cancellations, and refunds
Digital-product purchases are requested through a QuickBooks invoice. The invoice may present payment options that are available for that invoice and device; payment options are not guaranteed. The Ballers Kingdom does not collect card or other payment credentials on this website.
Digital products are delivered by protected electronic delivery only after the server independently verifies payment. Delivery access is for the verified purchaser and is limited to the purchased product; it is not a transfer of ownership or a right to redistribute the material.
Cancellation requests received before payment is verified may be reviewed for cancellation. After payment is verified, refund requests are reviewed case by case, including the circumstances of the request and whether protected digital access has already been used or downloaded. We do not promise automatic refunds or a particular refund outcome where law permits.
For digital-product cancellation or refund help, contact info@ballkingdom.com with the email address used for the invoice and enough order information for us to locate the request safely. Nothing in this section limits consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.
Educational information
Website guides, assessments, and training materials are educational and do not constitute legal, tax, financial, medical, engineering, or other licensed professional advice. No specific business, athletic, inspection, financing, or performance outcome is guaranteed.
Intellectual property and license
The website, branding, text, graphics, training materials, and software are owned by or licensed to The Ballers Kingdom. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use them for their intended personal or business purpose. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or exploit them without written permission.
Third-party services
Some functions rely on third-party providers, including Microsoft, Intuit, Google, and payment services. Their separate terms may apply. Availability may be affected by those providers.
Disclaimer and limitation
Services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. The Ballers Kingdom is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms or suspend access to protect users, systems, or legal interests. The effective date above identifies the current version.
