Brian is the founder of The Ballers Kingdom — a tech-forward training platform and multi-dimensional development consulting practice rooted in the Inland Empire. His work spans civic service, entrepreneurial development, and educational administration.

Off the field, Brian serves as Entrepreneur Ecosystem Executive Director at AmPac Business Capital and Student Success Counselor at Los Angeles College of Music. He founded The Entrepreneur Ecosystem 501(c)(3) in 2024, the same year Assembly Majority Leader Emerita Eloise Gómez Reyes recognized him with the California District 50 · 30 Under 30 Award.
