We use information to respond to requests, schedule and deliver services, send appointment confirmations, prepare and deliver manually approved invoices, maintain accounting records, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Service providers
We use service providers only as needed to operate our business. These may include Microsoft 365 for email, Intuit QuickBooks Online for accounting and invoices, Firebase/Google Cloud for application hosting and secure processing, and payment providers selected at checkout. Their handling of information is governed by their own policies and our configurations.
QuickBooks data
When our internal integration is connected to QuickBooks Online, it accesses accounting data only to create and retrieve customer invoices and related records authorized by The Ballers Kingdom. QuickBooks credentials are stored securely and are not exposed to website visitors.
Sharing and sale
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers, professional advisers, or authorities when reasonably necessary to operate services, protect rights and security, or meet legal requirements.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for service, accounting, security, and legal purposes. We use access controls, encrypted provider connections, and restricted credential storage, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information, subject to legal and accounting retention requirements. You may also ask us to disconnect our QuickBooks integration.
