The Youth Venture Program was the seed. The Ballers Kingdom Consulting model is the practice it grew into — a holistic consulting and coaching engagement for youth and adults who want development that goes wider than soccer.

Brian's professional practice spans civic service, entrepreneurial development, and educational administration. The Consulting framework brings that full range to the table — whether you're 14 and writing your first business plan, or 34 and pivoting careers.
