Who this is for
What you will build
Submit a problem record, bounded offer, test rule, delivery/economics log and evidence-based review. Real commerce is optional; label simulations and zero-sale outcomes. Explain the difference between a compliment, commitment, cash received and sustainable income.
No paid software, public posting, real outreach or sale is required. Use a private real situation or a clearly labeled fictional case.
How you will know you learned
Complete an observable piece of work, check your reasoning, and revise it using an original instructional rubric. Return to a new case after 14 days.
This is educational practice. No accredited certification or admissions, employment, income or wealth result is promised.

Welcome to First Customer Experiment. I’m Brian Kennedy Jr. Entrepreneurship becomes practical when you identify a need, offer something useful and learn from a real response. This course takes you through a small version of that process. You will investigate a problem, define a bounded offer, plan a test and record what happens. If a suitable agreement is made, you can deliver the work and track the money and time involved. If a sale is not appropriate, you can use a no-payment demonstration or our fictional case. We will be honest about the difference between a compliment, a commitment and cash received. You are not required to spend money or produce a sale to finish. Your result is a documented experiment and a reasoned next step. Begin by choosing a group you can appropriately reach and one problem you want to understand better.
