Who this is for
What you will build
Submit the current workflow/baseline, three-case tool test, versioned brief, tested pipeline, agent contract with four failure simulations and a pilot decision memo. The final demonstration uses synthetic or authorized public inputs and no live external writes. Explain one limitation and one reason to stop.
No paid software, public posting, real outreach or sale is required. Use a private real situation or a clearly labeled fictional case.
How you will know you learned
Complete an observable piece of work, check your reasoning, and revise it using an original instructional rubric. Return to a new case after 14 days.
This is educational practice. No accredited certification or admissions, employment, income or wealth result is promised.

Start with a decision you can name.
Try these first three prompts from “Map current work before choosing AI.” Use a notebook or your preferred accessible format. Your answers stay with you; this page collects no worksheet responses.
- Task / requester / owner
- Inputs and authorized data
- Current steps / time / corrections
Check your reasoning
If a tool drafts faster but doubles correction time, has the workflow necessarily improved?
No. Compare total work and quality, not drafting speed alone.

Welcome to AI Implementation. I’m Brian Kennedy Jr. This introduction will help you put the workbook to use. You will work toward a current-workflow review, a bounded tool trial and a human-reviewed implementation plan. Start with one work task and its current result. Define the information the tool may use, the quality check and the action that requires human approval before introducing automation. Choose a real situation you can work on privately, or use a clearly labeled fictional example. You can write, speak your response or use another accessible format. As you work, keep a record of what you tried, what you noticed and what you changed. The useful result is a tested, privacy-aware workflow specification, with enough detail that you can explain your next step. No confidential uploads, security/compliance certification, guaranteed ninety-day outcome or unapproved outbound actions. Begin with the starting reflection in your workbook. Name the decision or practice you want help with, set a review date, and open the first exercise.
