Brian is the founder of The Ballers Kingdom, a social impact initiative for individuals and families, founded in Southern California in 2019. Its Ballers Map covers the U.S., with pilot listings in the UK and Canada. His work spans civic service, entrepreneurial development, and educational administration.
Off the field, Brian serves as Entrepreneur Ecosystem Executive Director at AmPac Business Capital and Student Success Counselor at Los Angeles College of Music. He founded The Entrepreneur Ecosystem 501(c)(3) in 2024, the same year Assembly Majority Leader Emerita Eloise Gómez Reyes recognized him with the 2024 30 Under 30 award for California Assembly District 50.
Brian teaches entrepreneurship-centered educational planning for students preparing for college, students already enrolled, adults returning to school and the families supporting them. The work connects school choices, internships, relationships and practical projects to a future the learner can help shape.
His approach gives learners room to practice entrepreneurship now: test an idea, build something useful and understand what it takes to earn income responsibly. Cost, time, access, uncertainty and the demands of employment all belong in the conversation.
